Administrative Assistant/secretary

Our company, Beauty Bridge Event, is looking for an Administrative Assistant preferably with background in HR or Accounts. Qualifications: Should have a Bachelor's Degree Background in HR or Accounts is a plus Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications especially Excel and Outlook Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to details Time management Team player Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office Monitor and record sales to report and send to clients Manage HR files and other company documents Timekeeping and schedule management for all sales and IT staff Assist the accounts in recording company expenses, petty cash, and salaries Application Deadline: 21/10/2021 Expected Start Date: 23/10/2021 Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (required) Experience: Administrative/Secretarial: 1 year (required) Work Remotely: No
