Job description / Role

Position Title: Accountant Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe. Job Description: ? Screen and handle disbursement accounts (FDA's) on behalf of the group. This involves checking received invoices against the tariff and making sure charges are correct. ? Coordinate together with operations team to make sure no cost is left out. ? Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. ? Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections. ? Follow up with our offices to ensure quick turnaround of files to accounts team.

Requirements

Qualifications: ? Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities ? 35 years old and below ? Bachelor’s degree of finance related course ? Background in marine related business such as marine shipping, port agency, logistics mainly on shipping is an advantage ? Must be knowledgeable in using accounting software and MS Excel
