Admin and Front Desk Executive

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years into Administrative profile

Front Desk Operations:

• Warmly welcome visitors and guide them to their intended destination.
• Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals.

Administrative Support:

• Offer administrative assistance across departments, including organizing appointments and meetings.
• Keep contact lists, staff directories, and office records updated and organized.
• Manage visitor registration and issuance of badges while adhering to security procedures.
• Facilitate communication with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and deliveries.

Communication and Coordination:

• Relay messages accurately and promptly to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and coordination.
