We are seeking a talented with energetic candidate having good knowledge about the UAE market, key role in terms of business growth and experience inHome Renovation, home Maintenance & construction Industry. 058-2416264 WhatsAppA vaild driving license.Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for generating new business, qualify leads through, networking, cold calling, meeting sales targets, identify new business opportunities conducting market research to get new AMC contract, Building Maintenance, Facilities Services, Interior Fit-outs, Commercial, Cleaning Services, Pest control and Services in the market.Develop, established market penetration in commercial, residential & maintain relationships with Consultant, Architects, with key clients, including property managers, building owners, facility managers & other stakeholders in the industry.Responsible for arranging client meetings, visiting Consultant & another stake holder for business and growth plans and sales targets and manage thecommunication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to management.Prepare and Present Proposals and Contracts to potential Clients, follow up on payments, Negotiate Contract and Pricing with clients to ensure company profitability with coordination with senior management.Responsible for timely execution of work, Projects Engineer, Site Engineers, other project members within the team to execute project deliverables.To make sure website and social media content and campaigns are relevant and up to date to promote sales.Must have knowledge of in Maintenance home renovation work of Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, HVAC, landscape, pool maintenance, cleaning & Pest control.Qualifications & Requirement.:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience Business Development Manager with have a strong background in selling Maintenance Contracts within the facilities management or general construction contracting industry with a track record of securing high value deals especially within the commercial and public sector.Proven track record of success in business development & demonstrate sales success in the Fit-Out and Construction Industry.Experience in using CRM tools.Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and trends.Familiarity with project management and design software & other is a plus.Salary 3k to 5 k pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
