Job Description:
Quanta Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or feedback they may have - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer needs and situations - Basic project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
