Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Morgan Stanley is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Success Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are met - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns - Provide product training and support to clients as needed - Gather feedback from customers to drive product improvements - Track and report on customer success metrics to management


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong decision-making and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Experience working with CRMs and other customer success tools - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
