Event management Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Event Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and plan events that support organizational goals, leveraging your expertise in both event management and real estate dynamics.
• International Logistics: Manage the complexities of organizing events across borders, including travel arrangements, visa processing, and compliance with diverse cultural norms and regulations.
• Vendor and Partner Coordination: Cultivate relationships with vendors, sponsors, and international partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless collaboration to deliver high-quality events.
• Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and materials, utilizing digital channels and social media to maximize event visibility and attendance.
• Budget Management: Develop and oversee event budgets, optimizing resources and seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or impact.
• On-Site Execution: Lead on-site event logistics, coordinating staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and address any issues or emergencies promptly.
