Purpose This role safeguards the assets and interests of the company, ensures transparency and financial governance, provides accurate and relevant information, and advises the business to make informed decisions. Key Missions

• Supporting Regional CFO in financial transactions, systems, and procedures comply with local financial regulations, accounting principles, and standards, as well as with Group statutory and accounting requirements
• Conducts financial analysis and reporting (both for statutory and management reporting),
• Supporting the regional CFO in budgeting and forecasting, implementing tools helping oversee budgeting process.
• Supporting on reporting working capital & cash flow.
• Monitoring monthly close process ensuring quality & timely delivery across the region.
• Supporting Regional Tax functions, Tax compliance, Tax audit management and Transfer pricing policy compliance.
• Provides advice and expertise to managers to help them understand financial reports, develop budgets, enhance financial performance, and manage their financial responsibilities
• Supports internal stakeholders such as Legal, HR, IT, Insurance, Purchasing, Strategy, Regional Finance Team and Mergers and Acquisitions
• Contributes to acquisition due diligence and negotiations when needed.
• Supports transformation projects, including ERP implementation.
