We are looking for a Manager, Digital Sales & Activation to establish the Digital Sales & Activation Strategy driving revenues maximization and pushing digital channels to full potential and maximizing total basket value.The Etihad Digital Sales team establishes the Overall Digital Sales budget and digital channel share targets, establishes and controls Market Digital Sales targets.It drives Global and Local Campaign planning as well guarantees digital channel price competitiveness.The position requires a thought leader to drive revenue targets to achieve Etihad digital sales channel share strategy, in a high-performance environment, and a culture committed to revenue growth.AccountabilitiesLead an onsite and virtual Digital Sales Activation team across all marketsDefine and control targets for digital sales, on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual budget cycleDefine and control market contribution and opportunities on Digital Sales vs budget and market size and potentialBenchmark and response on competitors' actions, campaigns and positioningDefinition, Execution and control on Global Campaign planningDefinition, Execution and control on Local Campaign planningDelivering annual channel forecastsEstablish with Ancillary and Loyalty teams targets on digital platformsIdentifying & delivering new market opportunities and innovative solutionsEducation & ExperienceMinimum 6+ years of related work experienceStrategic experience in a fast paced digital sales environmentPrevious airline experience in managing a team and regional market salesAirline experience in a comparable role where you are coordinating activity across all sales MarketsAirline experience in a comparable role where you are setting up Global and local Campaign plansPreferred knowledge or evidenced interest in digital environment.Good analytical and data exploration/exploitation capabilitiesEffective planning, organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and influencing skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
