Seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our Board of Directors as an Independent Board Advisor. This role is crucial in providing strategic advice, ensuring robust governance, and offering an independent perspective to enhance the decision-making processes of the board.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Guidance:

• Provide expert advice on strategic direction, growth opportunities, and risk management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan.

• Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure the board adheres to high standards of corporate governance.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Evaluate the performance of the company and its management team.
• Offer constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

• Financial Oversight:

• Review and analyze financial statements and performance metrics.
• Advise on financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation.

• Risk Management:

• Identify and assess key risks facing the company.
• Develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between the board and external stakeholders, including shareholders, regulators, and the community.
• Ensure transparent communication and alignment with stakeholder interests.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
