Responsibilities• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users.• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, both common and complex.• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software applications.• Set up and troubleshoot network connections, printers, and peripherals.• Educate users on best practices and provide training on new technologies.• Follow established procedures to ensure data security and system backups.• Maintain accurate records of all support requests and solutions provided.• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.Requirements• Associate's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
