As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of solutions consultants to drive the successful implementation of technology solutions for clients. Responsibilities

• Lead the solutions consulting team in developing and delivering high-quality presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing expertise and guidance on product capabilities and solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and product offerings.
• Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions tailored to meet those requirements.
• Support the sales process by participating in client meetings, conducting assessments, and preparing proposals.
• Manage and coordinate the solution design and implementation process, ensuring successful delivery of solutions to clients.
• Stay current on industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships through innovative solutions.
• Act as a mentor and coach to the solutions consulting team, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solutions consulting or technical sales role.
• Proven track record of leading successful client engagements and driving revenue growth.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex software solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
