Job Description - Lead Technical Recruiter

Job Purpose:

As Talent Acquisition Manager, (Lead Technical Recruiter), you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for our SW development and AI teams. Your mission is to ensure that our organization continues to thrive by recruiting skilled and technically sound professionals who can drive innovation, contribute to our projects, and enhance our technical capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Descriptions and Sourcing:

1) Write and refine detailed job descriptions for technical roles, emphasizing essential skills, qualifications, and responsibilities.

2) Source candidates from various channels, including niche platforms (e.g., Stack Overflow, GitHub), professional networks, and industry-specific events.

3) Specific experience of hiring Technology Professionals.

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

1) Review resumes to identify specialized skills relevant to software development, AI, machine learning, and related domains.

2) Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates’ abilities, experience, and cultural fit.

3) Coordinate technical assessments (coding challenges, technical interviews) to evaluate candidates’ proficiency.

Interviews and Selection:

1) Conduct interviews using a mix of structured and behavioral techniques.

2) Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise and alignment with team dynamics.

3) Recommend top candidates for further consideration.

Employer Branding and Networking:

1) Promote our company’s brand within the tech community.

2) Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to network with potential candidates.

3) Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Pipeline Management and Metrics:

1) Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively engaging with passive candidates.

2) Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven experience as a Lead / Senior Technical Recruiter in recruiting technology professionals such as Mobile, Web and Backend Developers, UI/UX Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, Solution Architects, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Analyst etc.
  • Familiarity with software development, AI, and related technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to assess technical competencies.
  • Preferred qualifications understanding of coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). Understanding of various technology / tools in SW development, understanding of cloud computing, databases, and DevOps practices. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time.
  • In country.
