Ability to resolve complex problems, from a technical, operational, and stakeholder viewpoints.
Project Delivery Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Plan
Project Scheduling, Risk & Issues Management, Budget Management, Procurement Strategy & Contract Administration, Stakeholder Management, etc.
Operational Readiness Activation & Transition experience.
