Newmont Mining is seeking a passionate and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our team remotely in Dubai. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in various campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities: - Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials - Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and trade shows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives - Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field - Strong communication and presentation skills - Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools - Ability to work independently and remotely - Passion for the mining industry is a plus
