Marketing Consultant, Lighting Industry – Dubai, UAE

Role Summary:
The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness. S/He will be tasked with analyzing market trends, conducting market research, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the client’s brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with company leadership to develop marketing strategies that align with their goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop and execute marketing plans that include tactics such as content marketing, social media, email marketing and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and design, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
• Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and recommendations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a lighting or consulting environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for clients across various industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
