READ FIRST BEFORE APPLYING. NO WALK IN The Marketing Coordinator/Sales Coordinator is responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company. He/ She must aim to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting services and ideas. Key Responsibilities Area: Contact with potential customers requesting for housemaids and develop good customer relationship. Maintain a database for the customers' requirements for example (Purpose, age, nationality preference, experience needed, language preference, etc.) Send the available CV as per discussion held with customer. Follow up with the customer and assist them until their search is finished and customer is satisfied. Provide your support in the interview, hiring, and training for nannies that is marked by center. Process the legal documents for the housemaid and assure that all documents are correct. Follow up with the sponsor for payments. Follow up for housemaid for change of status and cancellation to avoid the fines. Maintain a record for all nannies that has been sold ensuring all resources are correct and accurate and inform all concerned staff. Maintain a record for sponsor's credentials. Be in touch with sponsor/existing customers for feedbacks, if any issue is reported by customer inform to Marketing Manager and get it resolved. Do investigation for refund or return and make a report of the communication and send to Marketing Manager. Handle all original passports and other documents with utmost vigilance. Make sure that you take sponsor signature while receiving important documents. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, Administration and coordination. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Preferably English and Arabic speaker. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
