Marketing Strategist/ Event Manager

Expectation of the job role:
This position is regular full-time.

We are looking for a Manager to lead our marketing team. Candidates who have experience in marketing malls, shopping centres are highly encouraged to apply for this position

In this role, you will:

• Internal Communications

Work effectively with internal departments such as leasing, mall operations, guest services to ensure optimum business effectiveness and information is communicated around the business units – new store openings, launches, events, changes to procedures, newsletters.

• Marketing Plan

Assist in preparing the annual Marketing Plan, and to ensure that marketing objectives are achieved, measured and results are reported to all relevant stakeholders.

• Marketing Campaigns

Develop and implement marketing campaigns and brand strategies to achieve mall targets, from creative brief thoughts to analysis and recommendations. Ensure that budget management of campaigns is in line with overall marketing budget and ROI analysis on each promotion.

• B-2-B Relationships

Work closely with all agencies to develop yearly media plan and ensure timely and top-class implementation of all marketing communications.Develop and manage relationships with retailers, suppliers, retained agencies – to ensure cost efficiencies and brand guardianship is achieved always.

Other qualifications:

• Degree qualified with 3 years experience in marketing malls, shopping centres
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing/business or other appropriate discipline
• Understanding of retail marketing and the drivers of shopping
• Good interpersonal skills – team approach
• Flexible and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic, high demand environment
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to function independently using professional confidentiality
• Budget Management
• Speaking Mandarin and Arabic is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
