Our company provides consulting services to clients with an in-house team of architects, MEPs, and structural engineers that are highly skilled and experienced. Role Description BEC is looking for a talented mechanical engineer to join our team. In this role, you will get to perform conventional and complex mechanical engineering design assignments, applying techniques and analysis within a discipline. What You'll Be Doing Independently develops and/or supervises the creation of mechanical engineering designs for mechanical systems for residential & commercial tower projects that meet customer quality requirements, international as well as local authority regulations and standards. Maintains key relationships with clients and ensures satisfaction and effective communications across projects. Delivering high-quality project requirements and deliverables. Driving collaboration and process improvement. Required Skills Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering design for residential and commercial tower projects. Familiarity with UAE, Dubai Authorities regulations and requirements such as: Civil defense, Dubai municipality, DEWA, Trakhees, etc. Shall be familiar with UAE local codes and international standards: NFPA and BS. Shall be familiar with AutoCAD, HAP, ASHRAE Duct Fittings software, etc. Extensive experience and proficiency in using BIM software, e.g Revit, and other software, is an added advantage. Strong design engineering background with previous experience in tower project calculations and report writing skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
