Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, with a strong focus on online customer interactions.
Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries through various platforms such as email, social media, and live chat - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Assist customers in navigating our online services and platforms - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the management team - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even during challenging situations - Contribute to the development and implementation of online customer service strategies
Requirements: - Proven experience in online customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and creativity skills - Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
