Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. The successful candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess strong strategic planning and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing support for online customer orders, including processing payments and tracking shipments - Monitoring social media channels and responding to customer queries and feedback - Collaborating with other team members to improve the online customer experience - Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assisting with research and analysis projects to support strategic planning initiatives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online customer service platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Reliable and energetic personality with a strong attention to detail - Experience with strategic planning and research is a plus
