Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Emirates Aluminium is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the confidence and adaptability needed to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage online web chat platforms to engage with customers and provide support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Utilize knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management - Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative and resolving customer issues effectively

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in online customer service or a related field - Energetic and confident personality to engage with customers effectively - Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
