About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Manager – Programming & Destination Management (UAE National) to join TECOM. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Prepare the scope of work and ensure that all campaigns / community events/ activations commence with a robust written brief and approved budget and that all stakeholders are clear on the project deliverables / KPI's and resources required to complete the project.

• Collaborate with the marketing manager on the development, planning and implementation of corporate driven campaigns that support the overall goals and objectives of the d3 brand.

• Support the Programming and Destination Management Director and Marketing Manager on the development of d3 brand related marketing collateral used to support d3's brand objectives. Ensuring that both internal and external users understand and adhere to the brand guidelines.

• Responsible for the onsite branding, way finding, and general site beautification as per internal guidelines that helps support d3 as a destination for design, as well as ensuring enhancing the customer journey within d3.

• Ensure that the onsite branding and way finding across the district is kept up to date, relevant and enhances the overall look and feel of d3.

• Support the marketing team with ideas and suggestions for content development.

• Identify and recommend functions or conferences, events and exhibitions and lead generation opportunities for the d3 and Business Partners to establish strong ties and marketing channels.

• Work closely with the Digital team to advise on and suggest content relevant for social media based on the events plan that d3 is operating.

• Acquire and maintain mastery of the art and design collectibles industry, with strong insight into regional design, in order to identify optimal investments for d3's art and design collection.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Marketing /Arts/ Design or equivalent.

• Minimum 6- 8 years' experience in related field.

• Regional art or design industry experience.

• Event Production & Operations.

• Art Curation & Programming.

• High level of written and oral communicational skills.
