Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Remote Call Center Representative to join our team at NVR in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Update customer information in the database - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Meet set performance metrics and targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a remote team environment

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Analytical thinking and decision-making skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home
