Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Huntsman is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of professionalism - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
