Molina Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. 2. Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms to engage with our target audience. 3. Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive. 6. Monitor and optimize website performance and user experience to enhance online engagement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Strong planning and cooperation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management platforms. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5.
