Senior Event Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Event Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of planning and aiding with the development and implementation of events and product launches. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in VIP/Luxury/UHNW hospitality and event management.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the organisation's Wellness and Lifestyle events across Europe and the USA
• Conduct research, manage regional events, and communicate potential brand opportunities
• Create agendas, timelines, occupancy strategies, and post-event wash-ups for key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, key luxury, and sustainable brands
• Prepare and manage weekly documents to track and review expenses
• Manage and support all guest requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure contracts and agreements comply with legal requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Must have PR and Event international experience, ideally with a strong network
• Preferably someone with knowledge of NFT’s and usage of Wrike, but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be flexible to travel to USA and Europe
