- Carrying out the day-to-day functions of Sales & Leasing either independently or in conjunction with other Consultants. (Renting, Buying and/or Selling properties).- Estimating the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list for sellers and arrange for the listing of concerned properties.- Working hard to list most of the available properties in that specific area which the consultant is specialist on that.- Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental or sale requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.- Taking prospective buyers to inspect properties. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.- Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, when details of transactions need to be negotiated, generally representing one or the other. • All nationality welcome• Full time commitment.• Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets• Real Estate Experience mandatory (Minimum 2 Year). Must have at least worked in Dubai Real Estate Company and should have with good sales/rental track record (Concentrating selling free hold properties).• Discipline, organized and trust worthy• Excellent communication both written and spoken in English.• Computer Skills, Ms. Windows & MS Office.• Full UAE Driving license, with own car.• RERA Certified.
