Requirements
The Successful candidate will have/be * A bachelor's degree in Psychology or a degree holder of any relevant field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the Recruitment field.
* Has certification/s or other related diplomas related to Human Resources/Recruitment.
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office system applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, & Word).
* Utilises the Oracle HCM database application for recruitment purposes.
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
* Demonstrates experience in successfully applying Human Resources/Recruitment processes in the organisation.
* Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement.
* Good communication skills through verbal or nonverbal means.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to achieve desired goals.
* Able to work under pressure and have good time management skills.
