Support Manager - Work from home

Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Support Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. This is a full-time remote position with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be required to lead by example and provide mentorship and guidance to your team. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a support management role - Strong analytical skills - Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Resourceful and motivated personality traits - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
