This role is Temporary Talent Acquisition Associate for a 6 Months contract Duration
We are seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for finding top talent and should be available immeiatly to join.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Interview teh shortlisted candiadtes and share teh HR Feedback for culture and role fitting.
- Coordinate interviews and assist with scheduling for hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
