Trade Marketing Associate

Working as a Trade Marketing Associate you will beresponsible for the full implementation of marketing activations within agreed-upon calendar, budget and ROI expectations. This role will handleYSL beauty across the UAE region, covering 3 boutiques and 40+ retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Our Trade Marketing Associate will beresponsible for supporting the Trade Marketing team on all administrative tasks related to in-store activations (permit generation, VM support, reporting
• All newnovelties and launches arewell implemented across the market in the UAE
• Maintaining counters making sure they arewell displayed/well visible
• Present for VM duringanimations
• Commercial work on stock and testers order from L'Oreal
• Work with thebrand manager on GWP allocations to store
• A-Z all operational
• Work on receiving permits/ designs that are crucial for in-store animations and keep team informed
• Compile monthly reports on marketing activities implemented
• Compile all SKU forecasts
• Raise purchase orders through NMPO
• Gather customer feedback on new launches
• Send all the digital assets (social media content, pictures, etc.) from Brand to Retailer
• Liaise with suppliers to produce design elements for animations
• Report on budgets on a monthly basis

What you'll need to succeed

• Driving license is necessary as 50% of the role is based in the market
• Previous Trade marketing/operations experience 6 months
• Ability to work on excel and manage reports
