Summary:

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for agents to join our team, you might be our next professional Real Estate Agent!

Responsibilities:

1) Generate new clients, ability to generate own leads through own strong network base.

2) Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up to convert into closer.

3) Maintain regular contact with Developer, landlords, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones

4) Manage all leads in lead follow ups, update lead follow up templet regularly, and track all client communications updates.

5) Arrange viewings with clients/landlords for the related properties.

6) Act as an intermediary in negotiations between landlord and clients.

7) Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.

8) Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market.

9) Advertise available properties using personal creativity ways

10) Achieving Sales Targets

11) Build strong relationship with developers and landlords around Dubai.

12) Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate them self in regularly manner.

13) Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

14) Honest, Ethical and Compliant

Skills:

1) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.

2) Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.

3) Self-motivated, great team player and goal oriented.

Requirement:

1) Work Experience a minimum of one year in Sales/ Customer Service/ Real Estate.

2) European or Russian Nationality

3) Can communicate in English.

Salary & Benefits:

• Commission based salary with a structure of 50/50 split.
