Job title:

As a Human Resources Intern you will support organization transformation of Philips Personal Health Growth Region (LATAM, META, JAPAC, and Indian Subcontinent markets). Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, you will be responsible for various critical areas, including project management, data analysis, timely status reports, and the implementation of initiatives.

Your role:

• Support the HR Business Partners with delivering the HR strategy and contributing to the people agenda through projects and initiatives
• Support the business with change management initiatives, in line with legislation and internal policies
• Perform analysis, collection and dissemination of HR data and intelligence to assist HR management and business teams across the region to drive transformation
• Provide strategic and tactical HR support aligned with the business initiatives
• Make continuous improvement proposals to Head of HR for optimizing utility of resources in responsible areas

1. You are currently studying / just graduated with a university degree
2. You bring advanced Excel & Power Point skills; Ability to transfer data, analytics, and business knowledge into actionable insights and recommendations to the business and management team
3. You have outstanding communication and project management skills.
4. You are a creative thinker who is up to find innovative solutions and address challenges
5. Able to operate in a fast moving, dynamic and unstructured environment. International/multicultural environment experience is a strong advantage
