Recruitment Intern

• Prospect and identify potential clients within a designated market segment.
• Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
• Set up introductory meetings and actively facilitate partnerships with internal recruitment teams.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales activities and pipeline progress.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective business development strategies for the region.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates or is currently pursuing his/her's bachelors degree.
• Understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
