Online Accounts Payable

Job Description: Universal Health Services is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to fill the role of Online Accounts Payable at our Abu Dhabi location. As an Associate Level employee, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all online accounts payable processes for the company. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Process online invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors. 2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Maintain vendor relationships and address any payment issues. 4. Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting. 5. Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts payable processes. 6. Utilize creativity and presentation skills to streamline online accounts payable procedures. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Presentation skills and creativity to improve processes. 7. Dedication and drive to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
