Job Description:
NiSource is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our account management processes.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts, including processing payments, updating customer information, and resolving any account-related issues. - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. - Prepare reports on account performance, financial transactions, and customer feedback for management review. - Negotiate payment terms and agreements with customers to ensure timely and consistent payments. - Provide support to the accounting department in reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing financial statements. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any customer concerns promptly.
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role in a financial or customer service setting. - Strong understanding of financial principles and account management practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Strong research and negotiation skills. - Driven and self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
