Job Description:

Tesoro is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Representative to join our team and work from home in Dubai, UAE. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products and services 3. Process client orders and ensure they are completed accurately 4. Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure client satisfaction 6. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role 2. Excellent people management and critical thinking skills 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent
