Job Description:
Level 3 Communications in Abu Dhabi is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and motivation. Additionally, they should have strong soft skills in leadership and strategic planning.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Monitor client accounts and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Participate in strategic planning sessions to develop new client support initiatives and improve current processes. 6. Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and drive business growth.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus.
