Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and process orders - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic with a positive attitude - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
