Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Univar is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve creatively. 3. Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution is a plus. 4. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
