Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Liberty Interactive is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for someone who is resourceful and independent, with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Process orders and ensure accurate billing and shipping information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 3+ years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
