Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


WellCare Health Plans is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery. This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management and who possesses strong strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer support team to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support processes - Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance - Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support management


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support management - Proven track record of managing and leading a customer support team - Strong strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
