Live Chat Representative

Job Description: Mattel in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, creative, and have excellent project management skills. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through our online chat platform, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer needs - Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong project management skills - Energetic and driven personality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
