Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:

ABM Industries is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client support operations and oversee a team of support agents - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Train and onboard new support agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Attention to detail and strategic planning soft skills
