Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

First American Financial is looking for a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. We are seeking a confident and driven individual with strong soft skills in strategic planning and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various online platforms to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance on customer accounts - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Provide assistance with online order processing and shipment tracking - Assist with product recommendations and information to customers - Support the marketing team by creating and scheduling online content for customer engagement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Confident and driven personality with strong communication skills - Proficient in using various online platforms and customer relationship management systems - Ability to think critically and strategically to solve problems and improve processes - Experience in e-commerce or online customer service is a plus
