Job Description:
Time Warner Cable is seeking a motivated and experienced Support Manager to work remotely from Abu Dhabi. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support agents and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, and the ideal candidate will be confident, passionate, and possess strong negotiation and creativity skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support agents, provide guidance, and support to ensure high performance - Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely manner - Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support management role - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Visa sponsorship, Disability insurance, and Relocation allowance provided
