Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Erie Insurance Group is seeking a talented and passionate Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via web chat to provide information, support, and assistance - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Promote products and services to customers to drive sales and revenue - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong time management skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software
