Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Operations Associate to join our team at Southern, a company based in Dubai offering remote work opportunities. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various operational activities to ensure the smooth running of our business. This is a part-time entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks - Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficiency - Conduct analysis on operational processes and provide recommendations for improvements - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Support in resolving operational issues and conflicts - Work closely with the team to achieve operational goals - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling various situations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical skills - Emotional intelligence to navigate through complex situations - Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
