Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Operations Associate to join our team at PBF Energy. This is a remote part-time position based in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company - Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth functioning of processes - Conduct analysis and provide reports on operational efficiency - Participate in negotiations with suppliers and vendors - Collaborate with teams across different departments to achieve company goals - Provide support in project management tasks - Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies - Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
